TUCSONTournament most valuable player Heather Bown had 10 kills and nine blocks as No. 3 Hawaii swept Cal Poly, 15-3, 15-9, 15-1, in the final match of the Starwoods Plaza Hotel Thanksgiving Invitational in Tucson Saturday afternoon.

Hawaii improved to 27-1 with the win, while Cal Poly fell to 20-8 in the regular-season finale for both schools.

The Wahine out-blocked the Mustangs, 11-5, and held Cal Poly to a -.011 hitting percentage. They also had nine service aces to Cal Poly's one.

Kari DeSoto led the Mustangs with nine kills and three blocks.

The Invitational's all-tournament team is listed below:
