High school quarterback Daxx Garman, junior college punter Kyle Dugandzic and prep lineman Saneilia Fuimaono have been admitted on scholarships for classes at the University of Arizona for the spring semester.

Garman, who starred as a junior at Jones, Okla., High School, transferred to noted Southlake Carroll Senior High School in the metropolitan Dallas area for his senior year, but did not play after an appeal to the state's football governing body over his residency was denied.

Dugandzic earned first-team All-Northern Conference honors as a sophomore at Ventura Community College in Agoura Hills, Calif., last season. He averaged 38.2 yards on 57 kicks and was among state juco leaders in pinning opponents inside the 20-yard line and kicks of more than 50 yards.

Fuimaono, of Punahou High School in Kaneohe, Hawaii, signed a letter of intent with Arizona last February but did not attend the UA in fall 2010. He will count as a member of the 2011 recruiting class.

As a junior at Jones, Garman, 6-2, 185, completed 134 of 210 passes for 2,107 yards and 23 touchdowns. He stayed with the program at Southlake Carroll and was on the sidelines throughout the team's 10-4 season. The school has produced some noted recent FBS stars including former Missouri standout Chase Daniel and Alabama starter Greg McElroy among others.

He played as a sophomore at Carl Albert High School in Choctaw, Okla. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound quarterback will be able to participate in Arizona's spring practice and have five years to play four at Arizona beginning in 2011.

Dugandzic, 5-11, 185, is expected to replace four-year punter Keenyn Crier for the Wildcats, while Garman will compete with three seniors and a redshirt freshman for a role among quarterbacks. Dugandzic has been a regular in noted west coast kicking camps the past several years.

Fuimaono, 6-2, 275, will compete for play along the defensive front as an interior tackle. He was an all-state and all-region player at defensive end and a star wrestler at Punahou.

They join Arizona mid-year junior college recruits Addison Bachman, an offensive lineman from Glendora, Calif., Citrus College, and tight end Drew Robinson of Snow College in North Summit, Utah, who both inked letters of intent during the December signing period.
