TUCSON - The University of Arizona Wildcat women's golf team wrapped up competition at The Battle of Rancho Bernardo on Tuesday. The two-round, two-day event was held at the Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort and Spa, a par 72, 6,267-yard course.

No. 3 USC won the team event with a score of 590 (+14). No. 8 Arizona State was second with a 592 (+9). No. 13 Texas A&M rounded out the top three with a 596 (+20). No. 16 Arizona finished tied for 13th with rounds of 313 and 311 for a two-day total of 624 (+48). No. 23 Sophia Popov of USC won the individual medal with rounds of 71 and 71 for a two-round total of 142 (-2).

Freshman Manon Gidali was Arizona's top finisher in a three-way tie for 19th. She shot rounds of 75 and 75 for a two-day total of 150 (+6). Senior Isabelle Boineau finished in a five-way tie for 61st. She carded scores of 81 and 77 for a two-round total of 158 (+14). Freshman Andrea Vilarasau scored rounds of 79 and 79 for a total of 158 (+14) and also shared the tie for 61st place.

Senior Margarita Ramos finished tied for 66th with her scores of 78 and 81 for a total of 159 (+15). Senior Nikki Koller rounded out Arizona's five in 74th place. She collected rounds of 82 and 80 for a total of 162 (+18). Junior Kyndall Ardoin competed as an individual. She finished tied for 72nd with rounds of 82 and 79 for a total of 161 (+17).

Arizona will compete next at the ASU/PING Invitational on March 30-April 1.
