College World Series (June 18-22): Batted .333 (4 for 12) with a team-high four RBI, two home runs and two runs scored in the three games at the CWS ... Hit both of his HRs (Nos. 12 and 13 of the year) in Arizona’s elimination game victory over Arkansas. Finished the game 2 for 5 with three RBI ... Long Beach Super Regional (June 11-13): Went 0 for 13 at the plate ...  NCAA South Bend Regional (June 4-6): Hit .333 with his team-leading 11th HR of the season in the regional, a solo shot against UC Irvine ... Finished with a RBI and three runs scored ... at USC (May 28-30): Hit a pair of solo home runs, his team-leading ninth and 10th HRs of the year, in Arizona’s come-from-behind win over the Trojans in the regular season finale. Miami (OH) (April 4-6): Made one start at first and went 1 for 3 at the plate ... at UCLA (Mar 28-30): Went 3 for 10 (.300) with a RBI and a run scored in two starts ... USC (Mar. 21-23): Made two starts at 1B for ailing Pat Reilly ... Went 2 for 6 (.333) with a three-run homer in two games ... Wagner (Mar. 13-15): Hit .400 (2 for 5) in three games with two RBIs and two runs scored ... Portland (Mar. 11-12): Went 1 for 1 at the plate and scored a run in Tuesday’s 19-5 win ... at #9 Texas (Mar. 7-9): Appeared as a pinch hitter on Sunday and was hit by a pitch ... Graduated from Vacaville High School where he earned four varsity letters for coach Doug Fernandez ... Named All-Monticello Empire League three times ... Was named the team MVP his senior year ... Was twice named team captain ... Holds Vacaville High records in career home runs, hits, batting average and batters struck out, as well as the single season mark for average ... Was selected to play in the Optimist Games and in the North-South All-Star Game ... Also earned two varsity letters in basketball for coach Mark Wudell ... Was on the honor roll all four years.
