TUCSON - The University of Arizona Wildcat women's golf team will wrap up the fall season with the Betsy Rawls Invitational, hosted by the University of Texas. Held at the University of Texas Golf Club, competition will take place Mon.-Wed., Oct. 31-Nov. 2.
One round of play will be contested each day with a start time of 8:15 a.m. CT Monday and Tuesday and an 8:45 a.m. CT start time on Wednesday. The University of Texas Golf Club is a par 72, 6,344-yard course.
Arizona, Arkansas, Denver, Florida, Iowa, Kent State, Mississippi State, New Mexico, Oklahoma State, Pepperdine, Princeton, Texas, Tulsa, UNLV and Wisconsin will play in Austin this weekend.
Last time out, Arizona earned a ninth-place finish overall and was third among conference foes in a packed field at the Pac-12/SEC Challenge in Knoxville, Tenn. Ramos was Arizona's top golfer in a six-way tie for 24th place. She carded rounds of 73, 76 and 71 for a total of 220 (+4).
