Preliminary action will begin each day at 11 a.m. (PST) with finals begining at 6 p.m.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT size=2><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="COLOR: black">The Divers at Pac-10s ? </SPAN></B><SPAN style="COLOR: black">The men&rsquo;s and women&rsquo;s diving teams competed in the conference championships last weekend, hosted by USC, in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Seattle</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Wash.</st1:State></st1:place> Both had notable performances during their portion of the Pac-10 Championships, as freshman Michael Guilfoil finished fifth in the 10-meter platform competition with 241.75 points. Redshirt junior Matt Bisordi also scored for the men&rsquo;s team, finishing seventh in the 3-meter with 310.05 points.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><o:p><FONT size=2> </FONT></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=2><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>In the well for the women, senior Megan MacDonald placed in two events, including the 10-meter platform, where she finished fifth (232.35), and in the 1-meter where she finished eighth (233.85 points). Myers is a two-time NCAA individual champion in the 200 and 400 IM, as she currently holds the top fastest times in the nation in the 200 IM (1:55.92) and the 100 fly (51.55).<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><o:p><FONT size=2> </FONT></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=2><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>Junior Lacey Nymeyer anchored both the 200 and 400 free relays that won at last year&rsquo;s championships. Nymeyer was a six-time first team All-American in 2006, anchoring all three of the first-place NCAA Championship relays for Arizona and is currently ranked first in the nation in the 200 free (1:44.38).<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><o:p><FONT size=2> </FONT></o:p></SPAN></P> <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=2><SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>Sophomore Taylor Baughman is another returnee that will be competing at the championships, as she swam the third leg of the first-place 400 free relay last year. Classmate Lara Jackson swam the third leg of the first-place 200 medley relay.
