On Arizona's offense in the red zone:
"We haven't run the ball very well, and we haven't been able to run with power. You can't pass all of the time. We are just not strong enough physically to run the ball (in the red zone) in terms of power running and power blocking."
On the running game:
"Our timing isn't very good right now, and the running game is all about timing. That has to do with our shuffling people in and out, and some of it has to do with our young backs. Clarence (Farmer) is the only one who's been in there for a while. Mike Bell continues to improve, and he also has shown that he is a capable receiver."
On UA's blocked field goals:
"The first kick was low. The second was harder to see, but they got penetration on the second block."
On the Wildcat defense:
"North Texas used a little bit of everything and did a good job of executing, but Pat Howard played well and made some plays to help stop them in the fourth quarter."
"Our cornerbacks played all right yesterday. David Hinton got an interception, and Gary Love made some key plays. They didn't give up any big plays all night, which was good."
