WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - Arizona running back/kick returner Keola Antolin has been named the Pacific-10 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.

Antolin, a true freshman from Las Vegas, Nev., tallied 98 yards on three kickoff returns last Saturday as the Wildcats defeated Toledo, 41-16, in Arizona Stadium.

Following a Toledo field goal that cut UA's lead to 17-3 in the second quarter, Antolin took the ensuing kickoff and raced 37 yards to put UA near midfield. That set the Wildcats up for a scoring drive as the offense marched 56 yards in eight plays to extend the lead to 24-3.

Antolin, 5-foot-8, 185 pounds, got his second chance at a return to open the second half. He received the half's opening kickoff at his own seven yard line, then utilized some blocks and scooted 41-yards to again put UA in good field position. Eleven plays later, Jason Bondzio knocked home a 26-yard field goal to give UA a 27-6 advantage.

Later, Antolin added another 20-yard return to his night of work, finishing with an average of 32.67 yards per return. The mark ranks No. 13 nationally and leads all kick returners in the Pac-10.
