TUCSON--The wait is over for Arizona's football program and its fans, with the Wildcats set to open a promising season tonight (Saturday, Sept. 2) at home here in Arizona Stadium in a nationally televised (TBS) game against Brigham Young.
Kickoff before a capacity crowd is set for 7:23 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. The game will be broadcast live on the raido by Host Communications and Wildcat Sports Properties with Brian Jeffries and Lamont Lovett describing play, with KCUB 1290 AM in Tucson as the flagship station for the statewide network. That account of the contest is available worldwide, online for All Access subscription holders.
Fans attending -- a sellout crowd of 56,000 plus -- need to remember a few rules:
- Only sealed, small plastic water containers are permitted.
- No large bags or backpacks may be brought into the stadium
- All ticket holders’ personal items are subject to search

The game kicks off at 7:15 p.m. (MST), and will be broadcast live nationally by TBS.
