Eleven Former Cats in NBA Training Camps

TUCSON, Ariz. - Eleven former University of Arizona men's basketball players will appear in National Basketball Association training camps, as the league prepares for the opening of the 2010-11 season.

The list of players includes Gilbert Arenas (Washington Wizards), Jerryd Bayless (Portland Trail Blazers), Mike Bibby (Atlanta Hawks), Chase Budinger (Houston Rockets), Channing Frye (Phoenix Suns), Jordan Hill (Houston Rockets), Andre Iguodala (Philadelphia 76ers), Richard Jefferson (San Antonio Spurs), Mustafa Shakur (New Orleans Hornets) Jason Terry (Dallas Mavericks) and Luke Walton (Los Angeles Lakers).

There have been at least eight former Wildcats in the NBA in each of the last 10 seasons with 10 or more active players in seven of those campaigns.
