Hillary Beck is in her first season as the Wildcats’ graduate assistant video coordinator, where she is responsible for all video breakdown, scouting, highlights and film exchange.


Beck came to Arizona from Miami (Ohio) University, where she served as a student assistant coach and administrative assistant since August 2005. During that time, she assisted with film exchange and breakdown, facilitated individual workouts and conditioning sessions, was responsible for youth club activities and fulfilled administrative responsibilities.


Beck, who participated in Nike’s So You Want to be a Coach in April of 2005, served as an assistant coach for the Cincinnati Royals AAU team in 2004 and as an assistant to the coaches of the Indiana All-Stars in 2003. She has also worked as a counselor at several camps, including Miami (Ohio), Kansas State, Purdue, Notre Dame, the University of Indianapolis and the Stephanie White Basketball Camps.


Beck graduated from Miami with a bachelor’s degree in health education and a minor in coaching in 2005. She was a four-year letterwinner for the RedHawks, the 2003-04 Mid-American Conference champions. She also served as a team captain her senior season.
