Women's Tennis Falls to No. 15 USC

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The No. 44 Arizona women's tennis team fell to the No. 15 USC Trojans, 6-1. The Wildcats did manage to pick up two wins in the doubles matches. UA sophomore Debbie Larocque and freshman Maja Mlakar, ranked No. 21, upset No. 12 Tiffany Brymer and Jewel Peterson of USC, 9-7. Arizona sophomore Perrine Pernin and freshman Dianne Hollands topped USC's Bernadette Bayani and Melissa Esmero, 8-6.

The Wildcats (4-1, 1-1 Pac-10) next match is Saturday against No. 11UCLA (7-0, 3-0 Pac-10).
