Wildcat Basketball Player to Miss This Weekend's Games

TUCSON, Ariz. (Jan. 2) - University of Arizona women's basketball player Tysell Bozeman has been suspended for at least one week, announced head coach Joan Bonvicini on Tuesday.

Bozeman, a junior guard, has been suspended for violation of team policies and will not practice this week or play in this weekend's games at California and Stanford. She may return to action next week.

Bozeman has started all 12 of Arizona's games so far this year, averaging 10.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game. The Wildcats are currently 10-2 overall and tip off Pac-10 play in the Bay Area this weekend.
