Arizona Baseball Announces Changes to 2002 Spring Schedule

TUCSON, Ariz.- The Arizona baseball team has changed one of its opponents and added another three games for the upcoming 2002 spring season. The Wildcats, who were scheduled to face St. Mary's (Calif.) March 1-3, will now face Cal-State Dominguez Hills, the school where current Arizona head coach Andy Lopez began his collegiate coaching career, on March 2-4. Arizona has also added a three-game series with UNC-Wilmington on March 15-17, a weekend that UA previously had open on its schedule. Arizona is now scheduled to play the maximum 56 games allowed in the regular season by the NCAA.
