SEATTLE--Arizona's football game at Washington on Oct. 10 has been set for a 7 p.m. (PDT/MST) kickoff and will be shown live in Arizona and regional cable markets by FS Arizona.
FSN Northwest will produce the game under its local partnership with the University of Washington. The game was not selected by Pac-10 primary TV partners ABC or FSN, which had picks that week for a 12:30 p.m. game (Oregon at UCLA) and a 4 p.m. window (Stanford at Oregon State), respectively.
Arizona (3-1) takes this week off while the Huskies (2-2) play a final non-conference tilt against Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., Oct. 3.
Next up for Pac-10 television choices -- to be announced either next Monday (12-day pick) or the following week (6-day pick) -- will be games on Oct. 17. The Stanford at Arizona game is involved.
ABC has a 12:30 p.m. contest and Versus has a 4:30 p.m. game. FSN already has selected its night game (Washington at Arizona State) and USC at Notre Dame will be shown at 12:30 on NBC, the Notre Dame home-game television carrier.
Game options for the two Oct. 17 Pac-10 choices (ABC or Versus) include Stanford at Arizona and California at UCLA. (Oregon, OSU and WSU are idle that day.)
Arizona nominally schedules kickoff for 4 p.m. in October, but it's clear that the Oct. 17 game will switch to either 12:30 or 4:30 depending on the TV selection.
