TUCSON--Leneah Manuma provided some power with two home runs and Jenny Gladding tossed a two-hitter to lead No. 3 Arizona to a five inning 11-0 victory over Eastern Michigan in Arizona's Worth Wildcat Invitational softball tournament Friday afternoon.

Two freshmen got the Wildcats their first run to start a four-run rally in the third inning. Crystal Farley hit a bunt single, and scored on Carrie Hagen's opposite-field double to left-center. After Jennie Finch walked, Manuma hit her sixth home run of the season to left.

In the fourth, Allyson Von Lichetenstein led off with a single, stole second and scored on Lovie Jung's single. Carrie Hagen singled up the middle and Jennie Finch walked to load the bases for Manuma's second blast, a pulled shot to deep right.

The rally continued as Mackenzie Vandergeest walked, Jackie Coburn singled and pinch-hitter Candance Abrams drove in a run with a single to make it 10-1. In the fifth, pinch-hitter Rebekah Quiroz singled in another run.

The Cats (13-2) had 12 hits and played without their leading hitter, freshman left fielder Courtney Fossatti (.475), sidelined for at least several weeks and possibly more while a stress fracture in her right foot heals.

Jillian Raines and Lauren Allen had the two hits, both singles, off Gladding (5-2) for EMU (1-1). Tiffany Brown (0-1)took the loss.
