Arizona Head Coach Sean Miller Quotes

"I have to give credit where credit is deserved. I can't say much post-game that I didn't say pre-game about BYU. The fact that they're not ranked gives almost no credibility to the rankings. I look at them and they're definitely a top-25 team, and I believe they will be competing for a high seed in the (NCAA) Tournament."

On BYU guard Jimmer Ferdette

"Jimmer Ferdette played a great game. Did we have something to do with that? Yes. We struggled to defend the other team's best perimeter player. Their victory tonight was largely thanks to his play. He reminds me a lot of Mark Price, who played at Georgia Tech and had a long career in the NBA. I'm not an NBA general manager, but I would put Ferdette against a lot of guards in the country. When he does miss a shot, he goes and gets it, and we made that very easy for him tonight."

On moving forward after a 30 point loss:

"It's hard. Our twelve non-conference games have really stretched our team. We've learned a lot about our team. In some cases, you can't see the improvement we've made, whether it be as a team or individually."

Arizona Player Quotes

#21 Kyle Fogg

"It was tough. He [Jimmer Fredette] is a great player. They [BYU] are a really well-coached team."

On the loss affecting confidence:

"It doesn't set us back. We can fight back but when they get up like that its hard to push back."

#44 Solomon Hill

Coach Miller's words at halftime:

"Basically he told us the same thing. He just told us we had to get it back and get the rebounds. We didn't do the rebounds too well tonight. That's why we got down was because we didn't get back the rebounds."

On BYU's performance:

"It wasn't a surprise. We watched a lot of film on them and it wasn't a whole lot different. It seemed like every shot that came off their hands went in. They really got the ball off the floor. You look up and there were four guys right there ready."

#3 Kevin Parrom

On coming back to play:

"It's been rough; honestly it's been very rough being out for a long period of time. I just gotta get out there and do what I do. It's been hard because I haven't played in a while but I just gotta get back in my groove and I'll be fine.
