WACO, Texas ?- The No. 1 Arizona softball team kept its undefeated record by defeating No. 11 Baylor on Sunday, 1-0, at the Compass Bank Invitational hosted by Baylor.

Junior pitcher Alicia Hollowell walked away with her seventh win of this season. Hollowell allowed three hits, two walks and zero runs while striking out 15.

Offensively, the Cats scored once and did it early. In the top of the first, freshman catcher Callista Balko got a hit off Baylor pitcher Cristin Vitek to drive in sophomore Autumn Champion and put Arizona up for good, 1-0.

Arizona is 13-0 on the season and will head back to Tucson to take on Eastern Michigan in a pair of games on March 4 and 5 at 6 p.m. and 1 p.m.
