Join Arizona head coaches Rick LaRose and Greg Allen in June for the Wildcat Golf Camp. Session I Day Camp will be held June 7-10 (8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) and the Session II Overnight Camp will be held June 12-16. The camp will focus on the development of each golfer as well as concentrating on the technical and fun aspects of the sport. The golf facility at Arizona National “Home of the Wildcats” is one of the finest in the country for collegiate athletics.
All Junior High and High School boys and girls, including recently graduated high school seniors who have not yet started a 2-year or 4-year school. Those enrolled in college or those with NCAA eligibility remaining are not allowed to attend.
Campers will be tested and grouped
according to ability for the duration of camp. Each camp session will be limited to the first 30 campers.
The Wildcat Golf
The Wildcat Golf camp staff is directed by Rick LaRose and Greg Allen. They will be assisted by John Knauer, Shelly Haywood and current UA players. All coaches and counselors are experienced at working with young players and will provide attendees with outstanding instruction in a serious but fun learning enviroment.
Session I: $595 for the week
Session II: $950 for the week
Camp cost includes all instruction , green fees, range balls, lunch and for session II room and additional meals.
A $100 (session I) or $250 (session II) non-refundable deposit (which is applied to the camp fee) must accompany each application. Upon receipt of your registration, medical release form and deposit, we will send you a letter of confirmation. It will note your registration for each session. Additional information relative to your attendance will be enclosed. Please keep this and bring it with you to the check-in table. There will be a waiting list created for each session upon full enrollment. All fees, registration, and medical information must be completed at the time of check-in.
Meals and Housing
For Session II, campers will stay at the Radisson Suites
For those flying, transportation will be provided to and from
Session I registration will be at 7:30 a.m at
National of the first day. Session II registration will be from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Radisson Suites Tucson lobby on Sunday. The remaining balance will be due at the time of registration
Campers will be supervised at all times. Counselors will be staying at the hotel with campers.
What to Bring
Proper golf attire, golf clubs, golf balls, golf hat, sun screen, swim suit and spending money ($20-$25)

Finishing his 27th season at the helm of the Wildcats, Rick LaRose, director of golf and head coach of
LaRose’s teams have won two NCAA titles (1992 men’s/1996 women’s) , seven NCAA regional championships, four Pac-10 crowns and three Rolex Match Play titles. He has also produced seven national player of the years, eleven Pac-10 Players of the Year, 65 All-Americans and 92 All-Pac-10 Conference performers. His players have left their mark on the professional tours, with such players as Jim Furyk, Robert Gamez, Mike Springer, Larry Silveira, Manny Zerman, David Berganio, Ted Purdy and most recently Rory Sabbatini carrying on the UA golf tradition in the pro ranks.
