 2012 Summer of Thunder Tour of the Bahamas:  Tied for the team lead by averaging 18.5 ppg … Twelve of his 18 field goal attempts were from behind the arc, and he knocked down 66.7 percent of those attempts, while shooting .684 (13-of-19) from the field overall … Passed out six assists against just one turnover in 40 total minutes of action to go with four steals … Posted 19 points and three steals on 8/13 vs. the Bahamas All-Stars.

Prior to Arizona:  Attended Xavier University ... Helped Musketeers to a 73-30 (.709) record in his three seasons ... Averaged 15.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game as a junior, helping the Musketeers to a 23-13 record and a berth in the NCAA South Regional semifinal ... Connected on 42.5 percent (176-of-414) of his field goal attempts, including 39.2 percent (58-of-148) from three-point range, and knocked down 76.1 percent of his free throws (102-of-134) in earning third-team all-Atlantic 10 Conference honors ... His 58 treys led XU in 2011-12, while Lyons ranked second on the team in scoring, assists and steals ...
