Brian Odom is the Associate Director of Performance Enhancement for the University of Arizona Athletics Department.

He works closely with head coach Niya Butts and her staff in directing services and training for the women's basketball program. He also aids performance enhancement director Corey Edmond in working closely with football student-athletes.

He joined the staff in July 2005 and assisted with football, as well as with other UA student-athlete strength programs during his first 18 months in Tucson. He was promoted to the associate director of performance enhancement in January 2007.

He began his career as a football graduate assistant at Missouri in January 2005. As a player at Oklahoma, Odom was a redshirt on the 2000 Sooners squad that won the National Championship and Big 12 titles. He won the 2000 Iron Man Award given by strength coaches Jerry Schmidt, Edmond and Mark Hill for his performance in the weight room.

He lettered on OU's 2001 Cotton Bowl champion team, and then was the starting tailback three years (2002-04) at Southeastern Oklahoma State, where he earned first-team All-Lone Star Conference honors and his degree in December 2004.

Odom and his wife, Mackenzie, have a 2-year old son, Benjamin.
