Named District II Defensive Most Valuable Player as both a junior and a senior... Also selected to The Tennessean’s All-Mid-State first team twice... Led the Rebels to a 17-3 mark her senior year and a berth in the state finals... Had 13 shutouts that year... Franklin was also a state finalist in 1999 and 2001 and was state champion in 2000... Honor roll student... President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and sports editor of the school yearbook as a senior... Played for the Lady Express club team out of Brentwood, Tenn....
