Switched from linebacker to fullback prior to the third game of the 2002 season at Wisconsin in order to provide depth at the position... Saw some action in the Stanford game and had a solo tackle... Hit Stanford's Stanley Wilson when he intercepted a Jason Johnson pass in the first quarter... Worked with the first offense for much of the season... Redshirted for the Wildcats in 2001 and worked extensively with the defensive scout team... Earned the team's Champion Award for outstanding contributions on the defensive scout team... Initially regarded by UA's coaching staff as a big, physical linebacker and a quick athlete with size... Limon is one of Arizona's first recruits out of the Douglas area in decades... His performance in 2000 earned him all-state and all-conference honors for 136 tackles, two interceptions and five sacks among 36 tackles for loss... Also played offense for the Bulldogs of DHS, rushing for 500 yards as a big back... PrepStar awarded him All-America honors as the West's No. 12 linebacker prospect and was an All-West pick by Prep Football Report... Also lettered in basketball, baseball and track... An outstanding student, a National Honor Society member and ranked in the top six percent of his class.
