What have you learned from your time on the team?: My lessons have been many, but one of the most valuable things I've learned during my collegiate career is the impact you can have on others and vice versa. You choose your mentality, and if it is negative, it will almost always negatively impact your teammates. I have been fortunate enough to train with swimmers at Arizona that love to swim, and their passion for the sport is contagious. Unlike high school, where the pool may have talent but lacks drive, the UA team flaunts both. A positive, driven outlook on swimming is always paid forward and the momentum the team gains from this perspective is unstoppable.

Most memorable moment: Celebrating the 2008 Team NCAA title was indescribable. NCAA's in its entirety was blissful. However, watching our girls dominate in the 800 free relay from lane 8 is frozen in my mind. It was utter chaos in the bleachers after Coach Busch told us we had something special going. Jessica Embick started crying, she was so ecstatic as Baughman touched the wall to establish a new NCAA record in an event we were seeded 8th in. The shock and joy seen on my teammates' and coaches' faces is a memory that will never fade.
