How to Renew Your Football Season Tickets and/or Wildcat Club Membership

 1) Go to our official website at
 2) Go to the red drop down menu and place your cursor on Tickets, and click on Buy Tickets Online
 3) Click on Season Renewals tab at the top of the page
 4) Choose from the following options:
     a) If you have Already Registered online enter your current e-mail and password (skip to step 5)
     b) If you have not already used you online account click on Register Here
          1) You must first Activate Your Account using your customer number and PIN that was included on your post season renewal statement.  Please contact the Ticket Office at (520) 621-2287 if you have trouble locating your customer number or pin. 
          2) Your online account has now been activated. 
 5) Click on Football 2009 and Donor Renewal. 
     a) Confirm the quantity and correct location of your current seats.
     b) Include any special requests (i.e. seat location change, the `Comments' box will hold 500 characters).
     c) Towards the bottom of the page, indicate the Optional Gift Level Upgrade amount you wish to add to the renewal total.
     d) Go to the bottom of the page and click on the Add to Cart button to continue.
 6) Click on View Application Details if you need to confirm your order or correct your address, email and phone number. Click on Return to Cart at the bottom of the page when finished.
 7) Select a delivery method, edit your order if necessary, or continue to payment screen by clicking on the Check Out button.
 8) Enter your eCheck or charge number, and continue by clicking on the Submit Payment button.
 9) Print the confirmation page for your records and log out.
10) You will also receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed

Frequently Asked Questions:

1) What if I am trying to renew online and I forget my pin number?  If you forget your pin when trying to renew online, simply call the McKale Ticket Office M-F from 9 am to 5 pm at (520) 621-2287 and they can retrieve it for you.

2) How do I link my current box office account with my online account?  Go to and click on "Buy Tickets Online" under the tickets tab at the top of the homepage.  Then select the "Sign In" tab at the top of the screen.  Once you are here select the "Link your account" link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

3) What if I have changed my email address but have my account linked to my old email?  Instead of logging on with your email address and password, you can log on with your account number and password and can change your email address once logged in.

4) What if I forget my password when trying to log in?  If you forget your password, click on "Forgot Password" and be sure to enter it exactly as it shows as it is case sensitive.
