The University of Arizona football team held its final practice on post before several hundred fans at Bujalski Field on Saturday evening. The Wildcats donned full pads and worked out for about 90 minutes, including several periods of 11-on-11 situations.

The team orginally planned to scrimmage here before the start of camp, but coaches elected not to hold a full scrimmage in recent days. Instead, the focus remained on the daily drills and simulated game situations during the later team segments.

Players will spend Saturday evening in the barracks and participate in a couple of non-football activities with soldiers on post Sunday morning before returning to Tucson in the afternoon. The Wildcats are next scheduled to practice Monday morning on campus.
