TUCSON, Ariz. – Questions and answers with freshman Justene Kesterson from Tucson, Ariz.

Why did you decide to come to Arizona?

"It's nice to be home, it's like giving back to my community in a way."


What do you hope to bring to the team?

"I hope to bring some goals to the team. I'm a goal scorer. Anything I can do to help the team is good."


Why does the sport of soccer suit your personality?

"I've played since I was little. My personality has adapted to playing soccer."


What is your most memorable moment of the season so far?

"My most memorable moment is probably scoring my first goal. I needed it to happen for me to get a foundation to build from."


What was your first impression of Coach Amato?

"When I first talked to him I could tell he knew what he was doing. He had a vision of what he wanted his team to do."
