Claire Febvay is a rare athlete who competed in the Olympics before, during, and after her UA career. At the International level, Claire represented her native France at the 2000, 2004, and 2008 Olympics. In addiotion, she finished seventh on the platform at the 2003 World Championships. Claire's career at UA was just as successful, as she burst on to the scene as a freshman by breaking a school record on the 3-meter. Claire's diving heroics continued as she placed eigth on the 10-meter platform at the 2003 NCAA Championships before wrapping up her collegiate diving career with a sixth place finish on the 10-meter platform at the 2005 NCAA Championships. Both performances earned her All-America honors. Claire also found success in the classroom, where she was cited on Academic All-Pac 10 and Academic All-America teams throughout her career. Having completed her eligibility-and undergraduate degree- in 2005, Claire continued to study at UA, earning an MBA while training for the 2008 Olympics.
