2010-11: Swam on three championship final relays for the Wildcats in his first NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, Minn...Helped UA to a fourth place finish in the 200 free relay, swimming the third leg...On Arizona's 400 free relay, Friedemann guided to the Cats to a fifth place result by splitting a 42.6...Swam the lead off backstroke leg on Arizona's 200 medley relay which claimed fourth overall...Individually, he became a first team All-American in the 100 backstroke with a 46.32 in finals and 46.09 in prelims.

High School: Five star recruit out of Arrowhead HS and Schroeder Y club team in Wisconsin...Was featured on the cover of SwimmingWorld Magazine after winning top honors at the YMCA club meet.
