Kelsey Rodriguez, a psychology major, posted a 3.92 GPA this year, the second highest GPA in the conference to receive first-team recognition. On the diamond, Rodriguez set career marks in nearly every offensive statistic. The senior led Arizona with a .419 batting average in 160 at-bats. Her 20 doubles rank fourth in Arizona history for two-baggers in a season. The Scottsdale, Ariz., native also hit nine home runs and a triple, helping her to a .725 slugging percentage. Rodriguez drove in 46 runs during the year.
Suitos, a family studies and human development major, had a 3.32 GPA, helping her receive second-team honors. The redshirt junior hit .300 and stole eight bases in 10 attempts this season for the Cats. Suitos, a 49-game starter, scored 32 runs in 2014.
Bowling (7-0, 2.80 ERA, 65 Ks, 55.0 IP), Fowler (8-6, 3.38 ERA, .144 BAA, 63 Ks, 66.1 IP), Goodacre (22 HR, 72 RBI, .329 avg, .782 slg%), Courtney Rodriguez (.338 avg, 11 2B, 1 3B, 3 HR, 25 RBI), Lauren Young (.265 avg, 3 2B, 10 HR, 27 RBI) were all named to the honorable mention.
