Arizona women’s basketball (5-19, 1-12) fell to No. 22 California (17-7, 9-4), 65-49 on Friday night in Berkeley, Calif.
Three players led the Wildcats with 10 points, including senior Erica Barnes, sophomore Keyahndra Cannon and freshman Breanna Workman.
Workman scored six of her 10 points from the free-throw line, hitting a perfect six of six attempts.
Senior Kama Griffitts added five assists, while Barnes posted a career high four blocks.
The Bears started the game on a 7-0 run, but Arizona answered with a 10-0 run of its own. Cal executed a 13-2 run and did not look back.
The Wildcats will play at No. 6 Stanford on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. MT. The game will be televised live on the Pac-12 Networks with Mary Murphy and Krista Blunk on the call.
