Tim Nichols Cienega High School Tim Nichols earned his Bachelor's of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University. He next served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, 10 of which as a master instructor. He has since completed 33 hours of graduate work in Education with Oklahoma University. Tim has served eight years as a photography teacher at Cienega High School in the Vail School District. He developed a state of the art photography program, which is the number one requested elective class on campus. Student photographers produce unique high quality images for the Cienega student yearbook, clubs, and athletic programs. He has developed and is preparing to launch a student/advisor photography business. Tim also finds time to pursue other community service and extra curricular activities including coaching softball and golf as well as creating and running softball and golf academies. He has further served as campus historian, senior class advisor, lead teacher for photo imaging, mentor for new staff, and senior project advisor. He further collaborates with the local rotary club for a community golf tournament and serves as a planner of the annual Vail Pride Day Event.
