TUCSON – Hillenbrand Stadium will be the site of 15 games this weekend as Arizona hosts the annual Fall Invitational, Friday, Oct. 21 to Sunday, Oct. 23.
The Wildcats will welcome Pima College, Central Arizona, Arizona Western, Scottsdale Community College and Cypress to Tucson for the event.
UA will play five games as a part of the invitational, beginning on Friday vs. Central Arizona at 3:30 p.m. and Arizona Western at 5:30 p.m. MST. UA will take on Cypress and Scottsdale on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m. before closing out the event on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. vs. Pima College. The complete schedule is listed below.
This is the second event of the fall schedule for Arizona. The Wildcats defeated Grand Canyon 13-0 and Eastern Arizona 16-0 in the Fall Round Robin earlier this month. UA concludes the fall schedule next week with a Wednesday contest vs. Central Arizona (Oct. 26) and its annual alumni game on Sunday, Oct. 30.
All fall contests are free of charge with open seating. Parking in the lots surrounding Hillenbrand Stadium will be free of charge on Saturday and Sunday as well as Friday after 4 p.m. MST. Paid parking will be available in Cherry or 2nd Street Garage during the day on Friday.
