Box Score TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona completed its shutout sweep of the fall season on Wednesday, defeating Central Arizona 6-0 to close out the competition portion of Arizona's fall slate. UA closes out the fall season with its annual alumni game on Sunday beginning at 12 p.m. MST.
Arizona's 6-0 victory over Central Arizona pushed its record to 8-0 this fall, outscoring its opponents 80-0 in the process.

Mo Mercado homered for Arizona while Dejah Mulipola went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Arizona got out to a fast start in the bottom of the first inning.
Mandie Perez tripled to lead off the game and Dejah Mulipola singled her home
Mo Mercado launched a three-run homer to put Arizona on top 4-0 after one.
Mulipola was at it again in the second, driving in
Alexis Dotson with two out to give the Cats a 5-0 edge.
Katiyana Mauga led off the third with a homer to left-center, her second of the fall.
