TUCSON, Ariz. – The Arizona football team will officially report to preseason camp Wednesday, Aug. 3, with the first of 20 practices before the start of school slated to begin the following evening.
Wednesday's report day will include some media and marketing obligations in the afternoon to take photo and video headshots for promotional purposes. The late afternoon and evening will include compliance meetings and the first full team meeting of camp. Then Thursday will mark the start of daily meetings, workouts, practices and film review as the practice schedule commences.
The Wildcats will host their preseason camp mostly in the evenings at the Kindall-Sancet Practice Fields, though some workouts may be held in Arizona Stadium. Several two-a-day practices are scheduled for the second and third weeks of camp.
Generally practices are closed to the public, but information for a season ticket holder and Arizona KidCats Club open practice will be announced in early August.
Season tickets and mini-plans are on sale now at www.arizonawildcats.com and through the McKale Ticket Office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Cactus Kickoff tickets for the Arizona-BYU game are also available.
