TUCSON, Ariz. – University of Arizona head football coach
Rich Rodriguez on Wednesday announced the addition of 23 players to the program, including five mid-year enrollees along with 18 additional student-athletes who today signed National Letters of Intent to attend the school.
The current group of 23 total in the class includes 15 defensive players, seven on offense and one kicker. The players hail from seven states, led by 12 from California, five from Arizona, two from Nevada, and one each from Alabama, Florida, Maryland and Michigan.Â
Rodriguez expects to announce additional players to the 2017 roster in the coming days and weeks.
Season ticket renewals are currently being accepted in advance of the May 1 deadline. To renew, fans should visit www.arizonawildcats.com or do so in person or by phone through the McKale Ticket Office during regular business hours (520-621-2287). New season ticket orders can also be made at this time.
