Spring Showcase Series Continues With March 31 Scrimmage

The Arizona football Spring Showcase Series Presented by OrthoPros returns with an open scrimmage on March 31 at 6 p.m. inside Arizona Stadium!

TUCSON, Ariz. – The Arizona football Spring Showcase Series Presented by OrthoPros continues Friday, March 31, as the Wildcats host an open scrimmage at Arizona Stadium. The scrimmage begins at 6 p.m. and concludes the team's official spring practices.

Fans, especially UA students, are encouraged to attend and provide a game-like atmosphere under the lights at the stadium. The event is free of charge and will include special prizes and giveaways to UA students, which will be announced closer to the event.

The Arizona coaching staff will host a free clinic for youth and high school coaches before the scrimmage from 4:30-5:30 p.m. To register or learn more about the clinic, coaches should contact Dusty Rutledge, UA football's director of high school relations.

Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. with fans asked to enter through Gate 2 on the northeast corner of Arizona Stadium. All seating is general admission and is available in the ZonaZoo section of the stadium along the east sideline.

Free parking will be located in the lots east of Arizona Stadium after 5 p.m. Guests can park in the Cherry Avenue Garage for a nominal fee. Please refrain from parking in the lot west of Arizona Stadium as it is a monitored and enforced lot until 9 p.m.

Arizona football will host Fan Appreciation Day for its final Spring Showcase Series event on Saturday, April 22. Fans will have the opportunity to pick up 2017 schedule posters, interact with players and coaches on the field at Arizona Stadium and participate in an autograph session.

Season ticket renewals are currently being accepted in advance of the May 1 deadline. To renew, fans should visit www.arizonawildcats.com/footballtickets or do so in person or by phone through the McKale Ticket Office during regular business hours (520-621-2287). New season ticket orders can also be made at this time.
