Arizona Athletics Tradition

Arizona has finished in the Top 20 of the Director's Cup standings every year since its inception in 1993, including nine consecutive Top 10 finishes from 1994-2003.

The Wildcats' success over the years in softball and baseball - a combined nine NCAA titles - and the program's 1997 NCAA Championship in men's basketball underscore the level of competitiveness embraced by UA sports programs.

Wildcat student-athletes daily cross paths and work side-by-side with national and conference players of the year, Olympic gold medalists, future professional athletes, and academic award winners.
