Zona Zoo Transfer Policy

If you have already activated your Cat Card for a specific game and realize you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your admission to a fellow "Red" Zona Zoo member. Follow these steps:

• Click on Transfer My Admission
• Fill out form provided and click Submit
• An email will be sent to your fellow "Red" Zona Zoo member asking him/her to accept the transfer. An email will also be sent to you, confirming you sent the transfer request.
• The "Red" Zona Zoo member that you are transferring to will need to accept the transfer by submitting the provided form in the email and clicking Submit.
• Once both your form and the other "Red" Zona Zoo member have been completed, the transfer will be made and a confirmation email sent to both parties.
