Arizona's first 1st team All American in volleyball, in 1985, she was honorable mention All America in 1983 and 1984, and all-conference all four years at U of A. She played in the 1982 and 1983 Olympic Sports Festivals, was a member of the 1984 and 1985 Junior National Teams, and represented the U.S in the 1988 Olympic Games as a member of the U.S. Olympic Team. Second on the U of A all-time kill list, she is the U of A record holder for solo blocks and career blocks. In 1985 she set a new NCAA tournament record with 41 kills against BYU and 39 kills against ASU.
