Cross Country Set For Grand Canyon Invitational

The women's 5,000-meter race will start at 8 a.m. and the men will run 8,000 meters at 8:45 a.m.

2012: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor season.

2011 (XC): Burr competed in three meets during her first cross country season as a Wildcat ... In the George Kyte Classic, Burr ran 6,000 meters in 18:51.8, good for 20th place ... She took 18th place at the Dave Murray Invitational, clocking a time of 18:19 in the three-mile race ... At the Grand Canyon Invitational, Burr's time of 19:06.3 in the 6,000-meter race was good for ninth place.

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Xavier College Prep where she lettered all four years in cross country and track and field ... Named team captain for her junior and senior seasons ... Earned All-America honors from the United Dairy Farmers ... Four-time honoree as a Scholar-Athlete.
