2012: Indoors, Poston clocked a personal-best time of 7.56 in the preliminary round of the 60-meter dash at the MPSF Championships ... Poston advanced to the final of the 60 meters, taking fifth place with a time of 7.58 at the MPSF Championships ... She also ran the 200-meter dash at the MPSF Championships, taking 13th place with a season-best time 24.68 ... Outdoors, Poston clocked a personal-best time of 11.54 in the 100-meter dash at the UA-ASU-NAU Double Dual ... Her time of 11.54 is the third-best time in UA history ... At the preliminary round of the NCAA Championships, Poston clocked a time of 11.65 in the 100 meters, taking 28th place overall ... As a member of the 4x100-meter relay team, Poston earned all-conference honors in the event ... The quartet of Tamara Pridgett, Poston, Shale' Garland and Dahlys Marshall took seventh place at the Pac-12 Championships, clocking a time of 45.80 ... Finished second in the 100 meters (11.81) at the dual meet with Arizona State and Northern Arizona ... At NCAA West Preliminaries, she posted a time of 11.78 in the opening round, finishing 25th ... In the 200-meter dash, her best time came in the prelims at the Pac-10 Championships, running a 23.80 and finishing ninth ... She qualified for the finals, where she also finished ninth with a time of 24.03 ... Competing at the NCAA West Preliminaries, she ran in the opening round of the 200 meters with a time of 24.66.
HIGH SCHOOL: At the Washington State meet as a freshman, participated in two all-state relays with the 4x100-meter relay squad placing fourth and the 4x200-meter relay placing eighth ... During her sophomore year, she placed third in the 200 meters at the state championships ... As a junior, she won the state titles in the 100 meters with a time of11.63w and the 200 meters in 24.05 ... As a senior, Poston repeated in the 100-200 double championships and earned all-state honors in the relays.
