Freeman Takes First, Sets Personal Best

The Wildcats claimed a victory in one event and set four personal-best marks on the day.

2012: Indoors, in Alhasan's first collegiate meet, he finished in ninth place in the long jump at the Lumberjack Invitational with a personal-best mark of 23-2.75 ... He took third place at the Boise State Team Challenge in the long jump with a mark of 22-5 ... He finished in 15th place at the MPSF Championships in the long jump, jumping 21-6 ... Outdoors, he took fourth place at the UA-ASU-NAU Double Dual in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 23-8.25 ... He competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the long jump, earning a 16th place finish with a mark of 23-1.25.

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Dar Al-Oloum High School, he was on the track and field team all four years ... His personal bests are 23-10 (7.26m) in the long jump, 10.97 in the 100-meter dash and 22.80 in the 200-meter dash.
