Meet Schedule 
TUCSON - The University of Arizona Wildcat No. 10 men's and No. 13 women's track and field teams will send a group of sprinters, throwers and a jumper to the New Mexico Classic this weekend in Albuquerque, N.M. The meet will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center Track Facility on February 1-2. On Friday, the field events will begin at 3 p.m. MST and the running events will start at 5 p.m.
Arizona will compete against Adams State, Air Force, Alabama, Cal-State Dominguez Hills, Cal-State Stanislaus, Colorado Mesa, Colorado School of Mines, Colorado State-Pueblo, Metro State, Miami (FL), New Mexico, New Mexico State, Sacramento State, San Diego State (W: 23), TCU, West Texas A&M and Western State.
In the latest polls, the UA men moved up three places in the poll to reach the No. 13 spot. They are joined by four other Pac-12 schools in the national poll. Oregon moved up one spot to fourth, Arizona State fell one spot to fifth, Stanford dropped two places to 20th and UCLA slid three spots to 23rd.
The Arizona women slid one spot in this week's poll and now sit at No. 13. They are accompanied by five other Pac-12 schools in the national poll. Oregon is still No. 3, Washington stayed at No. 8, California fell one spot to No. 11, Stanford dropped two spots to No. 16 and Arizona State moved up 11 spots to No. 20.
On Friday, senior Tyler Johnson will compete in the men's weight throw competition at 7 p.m. Junior Sean Delfani, sophomore Siraaj Ghori, junior Neil Houlihan and freshman Bernard Dickerson-Quinn will compete in the 400-meter run at 5 p.m. The men's 200-meter dash at 7 p.m. will feature, Delfani, Ghori, sophomore Branden Helms and Dickerson-Quinn. On Saturday, sophomore Thomas Morontawill compete in the men's 60-meter dash at 11:40 a.m. The quartet of Delfani, Houlihan, Helms and Ghori will represent Arizona in the men's 4x400-meter relay at 4:10 p.m.
For the women, Friday's slate includes senior Taylor Freeman and sophomore Baillie Gibson will compete in the weight throw competition at 4 p.m. In the women's 400-meter run, freshman Jasmin Pratt, freshman Azia Walker and junior Shale' Garland are set to compete at 5:20 p.m. Junior Shapri Romero will compete in the 600-meter run at 6:10 p.m. Garland, Pratt, junior Germe Poston and Walker are set to run the 200-meter dash at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, Freeman, Gibson, senior Julie Labonté, Senior Omotayo Talabi and junior Alyssa Hasslen will throw the shot put at 9:30 a.m. Sophomore Shakayla McEaddywill compete in the triple jump at 11 a.m. Romero and Poston are set to run the 60-meter dash at 12 p.m.
