The USTFCCCA final regular season poll was released on Tuesday with Arizona climbing back into the top 10.

TUCSON - The University of Arizona Wildcat women's cross country team jumped back into the top 10 of the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA) national polls this week. The squad is now ranked No. 8 in the national poll.
After finishing second at the NCAA West Regional Championships, the women jumped eight spots in this week's national poll, released on Tuesday. The women's team had three All-West Region honorees in sophomore Elvin Kibet, junior Elizabeth Apgar and junior Jen Bergman, who earned her second-straight all-region selection.
Arizona is joined by four other Pac-12 schools in the national poll. Washington is now ranked third, Colorado is No. 6, Stanford is No. 13 and California is 23rd. Stanford took first place at the NCAA West Regional and Colorado finished second at the NCAA Mountain Regional.
On the men's side, three Pac-12 teams are ranked in the final regular season poll. Stanford is No. 5, Colorado is sixth and Washington State is No. 27. Stanford won the NCAA West Regional and Colorado finished second at the NCAA Mountain Regional.
The Arizona men had two All-West Region honorees in freshman Lawi Lalang, who won the race, and sophomore Patrick Zacharias with a 24th-place finish.
The Wildcats will compete next at the NCAA Championships, hosted by Indiana State, on Mon., Nov. 21. Indiana State will host the event at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course, located at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center, in Terre Haute, Ind. The men's race will begin at approximately 12:08 p.m. ET, followed by the women's race at approximately 12:58 p.m. ET.
A live webcast of the championships will be broadcast from noon to 1:30 p.m. ET on NCAA.com. In addition, highlights from the championships will be included as part of the CBS NCAA Fall Seasonal Show, scheduled to air on Sat., Dec. 18, 1-2 p.m. ET on CBS HD.
