A few tickets remain for the NCAA Tournament 2nd and 3rd round games being held at McKale Center tomorrow and on Saturday. All-session passes (for all six games) are available for $243 and single session passes (for two games) are $81. You can purchase tickets through the Ticket Office by calling 520-621-CATS (2287) or stopping by on game day. Hope you can come out and enjoy “March Madness” first hand.

MAKE TUCSON A SEA OF RED AND BLUE

I know you’ll be supporting our teams during the postseason, but make sure you show your pride on Friday and wear your red and blue. We want visitors to Tucson to know this is Arizona Wildcat Country! Plenty ofofficially licensed merchandise is available. You’ll know it’s officially licensed when you see the CLC (Collegiate Licensing Company) hologram hang-tag, which ensures royalties from that particular licensed product will make its way back to the University. I encourage you to support any of our retail partners throughout Arizona who which carry our officially licensed products

NEW BILLBOARD IN PHOENIX

We recently put up a new billboard in Phoenix, near the I-10 and 143 intersection, only one mile from Sky Harbor Airport. As I’ve said before, this isn’t the University of Tucson – it’s the University of Arizona and we want to make sure that people traveling through the Phoenix airport know that all of Arizona is Wildcat Country. Below is a picture of the billboard I took on my phone yesterday.

FOOTBALL IS BACK

Believe it or not, spring football practice begins next Monday, March 21! Our spring football game is free and will be held on Saturday, April 16th at 1:30 p.m. inside Arizona Stadium. We are tentatively scheduled to practice on Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday each week for four weeks, except for Friday, April 15. Please make plans to be at Arizona Stadium on April 16th. Once again, there will not be any charge!
