LIVE: Greg Byrne Google+ Hangout

TUCSON - University of Arizona Director of Athletics Greg Byrne will host a live Google+ Hangout on Friday, June 29 on the official Arizona Athletics Google+ page. The hangout will begin at 9 a.m. PDT (12 p.m. EDT) and last approximately 30-45 minutes.

A hangout is an online, live video chat with up to nine participants. This will be the first Google+ Hangout involving a collegiate athletic director. Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott will be a special guest for the first half of the hangout, providing an update on Pac-12 initiatives, including the soon to be launched Pac-12 Networks.

Other participants in the hangout include three to five invited fans, and Wilbur the Wildcat. Voice of the Wildcats Brian Jeffries will be the moderator. In order to view the hangout live, fans must follow Arizona Athletics Google+ page. The hangout will also be available on the official Arizona Athletics YouTube page following its conclusion.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and partake in the conversation. Fans not selected to participate will have the opportunity to ask questions by responding with comments to posts on the Arizona Athletics' Google+ and Facebook pages or by submitting a question on Twitter with the hashtag #ArizonaHangout.
