Dear Arizona Letterwomen,
I am so excited to tell you about a special event featuring YOU and all of our Arizona Letterwomen. And we want YOU here!
During the UA's homecoming weekend of October 22-23, 2010, The University of Arizona will be celebrating the heritage of women's athletics. MARK YOUR CALENDERS now and save the date! We want this to be the celebration of the century -or at least the last century! - for women's athletics.
The weekend will be packed full of events from golf and the Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Friday night to the Women's Sports Legacy Breakfast Saturday morning and a special presentation during the football game vs Washington on Saturday night. There also will be a homecoming parade entry that will showcase the great success of our women's athletic program and of course there will be a huge tailgate party for all letterwinners.
But - none of this will mean a thing without you here with us. Come help us celebrate and bring along your teammates! Let's make this the reunion of all reunions!
