UA-Rice Games To Be Televised

TUCSON, Ariz. - Next week's showdowns on the diamond pitting No. 7 Arizona and No. 5 Rice will be televised on CSS (Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast).

The Tuesday, March 13, game will be shown across the entire CSS network. Matt Stewart will provide the play-by-play commentary and will be joined by analyst Steve Sparks, a former Major League pitcher. The game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. CDT.

The Wednesday, March 14, contest will be shown live at 6:30 p.m. CDT on CSS in the Houston area only with Stewart and Sparks again providing the commentary. The game will be replayed across the entire CSS network on Thursday, March 15, at 7 p.m. CDT.

Arizona (10-2) will host Eastern Michigan (3-8) to close a 15-game season-opening home stand this weekend. The two games at Rice (12-2) will mark the Wildcats' first road games this season.
