Matt Dudek - Assistant Operations Director - On-Campus Recruiting

Dudek joined Rich Rodriguez's staff in late December 2011 and serves as an assistant director of operations. He provides considerable focus in on-campus recruiting -- the planning and details for visits by prospective student-athletes. He also works closely with coaches in the operational end of their recruiting efforts.

Dudek was an assistant operations director and specialist at Rutgers University in 2010-11, and at Pittsburgh for several years prior.

He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated from South Allegheny High School near McKeesport in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Dudek and his wife, Lindsay, have a daughter, Abby, and are expecting twin daughters in June 2012.
